Tor
Jude and I managed to salvage something beautiful from the war torn rubble of our lives, a blissful happiness that we paid for in blood. We fought our way here, leaving pieces of ourselves along the way. I thought this was the happily ever after in our twisted fairy tale, but I was wrong.
Jude
I may be free by definition. That freedom came at a heavy cost and my family is about to pay the price. At any moment, this façade will come crashing down. Hard. The life I've lived—that kind of world—it stains you, and no matter how hard you try, you can never escape its wrath. Not even in death.
Love. Fear. Loss.
We're walking a wire and all that's beneath us is destruction.
Wire Wrong Series Book 3 edition by LP Lovell SJ Cole Romance eBooks
LP Lovell and Stevie J. Cole have done it again with WIRE. Life doesn't always hand you lemons and sunshine. Despite them giving Jude and Tor their HEA after Wrath, the life that Jude lives will always be there. I cannot express how suspenseful, funny and touching this book is. From beginning to end, they captured the characters incredibly well. I won't lie I cried in this book. They brought the emotional range of this series up a notch and left me with my jaw on the ground by the end. I nearly threw my kindle. Anyone that has read the rest of the WRONG series (Wrong and Wrath) will recognize Jude Pearson but this Jude Pearson is Jude 2.0. He's a family man that still has demons, who is still working on the wrong side of the law. There are a lot of twists and plots throughout this story. I absolutely fell in love with Tor and Jude all over again. These two have broken my heart with this book, and I can't wait until War (Wrong series #4).Product details

Wire Wrong Series Book 3 edition by LP Lovell SJ Cole Romance eBooks Reviews
When I first read wrong I was amazed and I can say that it was probably the book that got me addicted to thise genre. Stevie and Lauren both doing an excellent job at making you fall in love with Jude despite his flaws the relationship between him and tor is all-consuming and this book made it even more so with the birth of their daughter Cayla I looked forward to wire for months upon months I was sad to see it as a cliffhanger but I was excited to see it as a cliffhanger because that meant that there would be another
I'll admit at the end of book 2 I was skeptic of how Jude and Tor's story could continue but how wrong I was! I've been enraptured in their story unable to put it down from the beginning! This book embodies the love of a mother and the love of a father and all that they will sacrifice for their child!
The players are intense and plentiful. Twists and turns with backstabbing and double crossing are all present but it would seem its just an everyday normal way of life for men whose livelihood means putting their lives at risk as a means to an end!
As always, it's proven yet again that Stevie J. Cole & LP Lovell will keep you guessing as to where this story will take you and for that I am so grateful! (but it doesn't make me stop trying!)
Another same day finish
This series is amazing because it does keep you on your toes
This one had a little more flaws for me than the rest. I didn’t read any real interaction between Cayla and the others to make me appreciate the mother daughter and even the father daughter aspect , to be honest if they replaced the sex scenes with more scenes about the interaction with Caylas parents I would have like this a lot more
Also I wasn’t a big fan of how Tor went all “I will take on the cartel myself”BS. As a mom I can understand the author wanting to show a mother will go through anything but the way it read, to me , was just her being dumb and idk if that was because I didn’t see a mother daughter relationship
Besides that I loved the unexpected twists, the new characters, the scenes that show the corruption within the government, as a whole it’s take me and my feelings on one hell of a ride and I love it
I’ve put this book off long enough. It’s been in my since its release but I couldn’t stand the thought of Jude and Tor’s world being torn apart. Their world is far from normal and never will be the perfect HEA. But their little slice of heaven in paradise with their sweet baby just made me feel like they’d had enough and deserved their anonymity.
But peace and anonymity were not in the cards. He’s made too many enemies. And cartels and mob bosses are coming at him from all sides. He’s valuable and Tor and Cayla are...expendable?! They’re reacting in the heat of the moment, anger and panic and the need to protect their innocent little girl. Many mistakes and lies and secrets. And BAM!!! I knew it was too good to last. I’m cursing the authors right now. Time to dig into War to see if what I read is really true. It just CAN’T be!!
If I could give this book more stars, I still don't think there would be enough to represent my love for this story and these characters.
Going into this book, I had my concerns. I was happy where Wrath had finished - and selfishly I did want more Jude, but how could he possibly live up to my expectations ?
But I'm a bloody idiot! Of course this book was going to be awesome, how could it not be! Stevie and Lauren truly bring out the best in each others writing. Their creation of this world and characters is really the perfect storm. They manage to keep me guessing with every turn of the page.
What I wasn't expecting was to be so emotional throughout this book. I think I experienced every possible emotion there is ! I was laughing one moment, then angry and frustrated, but then my heart broke and I became teary again only to laugh on the next page!
For me Jude will always be the start of this show, but holy hell did Tor step up. She has always been one of my favourite heroines for her willingness to fight for what she wants and believes in. She refuses to be a victim. This book shows a whole new level of Victoria. Talk about a bad ass!
The surprises in this book put a ridiculous smile on my face, and without giving anything away I am MEGA excited for whatever comes next.
It's been so long since the first two books that all I remembered about them was that he was a bookie and she was a doctor. So, it was like reading a new story in most ways. It actually worked OK as a standalone - new setting, old friends and enemies, but new action. There were enough plot reminders, sketchy as they were, to let you understand why things were unfolding. The book's biggest weakness - after the fact that it isn't actually a book, it's half a book - is the character building. There was none. So, if you didn't remember a lot from the series, the characters were very, very thinly drawn. Net, it felt like a draft that needed to be fleshed out. My advice, since I didn't know this was a serial before I read it - is to wait for the final book to publish, and then reread the entire series back to back for maximum enjoyment.
